Can we trial FactoryOps before committing?

Yes — the Professional plan includes a 30-day free trial with no payment details required. You'll have access to all six tools and a dedicated onboarding specialist. For a single-tool evaluation, contact us and we'll arrange a 14-day access period.

How quickly can we go live?

Most customers go live with their first tool within 24 hours. The platform runs in any browser — nothing to install. Label Compliance and Audit Manager can typically be configured and deployed in an afternoon. Most sites are fully live within a week.

Do you support on-premise deployment?

Yes — Business and Enterprise plans support on-premise deployment on your own servers running MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Cloud-hosted (our servers) is available on all plans and is the easiest option for most customers.

Which databases are supported?

FactoryOps supports MySQL 5.7+ and Microsoft SQL Server 2016+. The installer detects your environment and runs the correct schema automatically. Cloud-hosted requires zero database management on your side.

Can operators use FactoryOps in their own language?

Yes. The operator-facing interface supports English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Romanian, Czech, and Slovak out of the box. Operators select their language on the device and it's remembered for future sessions.

Can the tools connect to our MES or ERP?

Yes — Business and Enterprise plans include API integration. Label Compliance can call an external API after a barcode scan to auto-fill workflow fields from your ERP. We also have a push API for sending quality alerts to external systems.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your data is always yours. On cancellation you have 60 days to export everything in CSV and PDF formats. On on-premise deployment your data stays on your servers regardless. We never delete immediately on cancellation.

Is FactoryOps suitable for a small manufacturer?

Absolutely. The Starter plan was designed for a single site, one tool, up to 10 operators. Many customers started with one tool on one line and expanded. The payback from eliminating even one mislabelling incident typically covers months of subscription cost.

What level of IT support do we need?

For cloud-hosted: none. It runs in any browser on any device. For on-premise: a server with PHP 7.4+ and MySQL or SQL Server. We provide a guided browser-based installer — most IT teams complete it in under 30 minutes.

What does the consultancy service involve?
